How to activate your licence

Your licence key

When your purchase is complete you will find a licence key in your dashboard — a 25-character code in 5 groups of 5.

Activation rules

• One key = one live website. The same key cannot run on two different live sites at once.
• If you entered a domain at checkout, the licence is bound to that domain. If you did not, the licence binds permanently to the first site where you activate the key.
• Testing exception: the staging subdomain of your main domain (for example staging.example.com) and localhost do not count as separate sites — you can use them for testing.
• A purchased licence never expires — once bought, it is yours for good.

Moving to another domain

A licence can only be moved to a different domain by an admin. If you change your site, send a domain-change request from your dashboard — see the article "Changing your licence domain".
