Changing your licence domain

When you need this

A licence key is bound to one live website. If you change your site's domain (a new domain, a rebrand, and so on), the licence has to move to the new domain.

How to request it

1. Log in to your customer dashboard.
2. Use the domain-change option next to your licence and submit the new domain.
3. Our admin team reviews the request and moves the licence to the new domain — you will see the result in your dashboard.

Please note

• Activating the same key yourself on two live sites will not work — the second site cannot be activated.
• No request is needed for a staging subdomain or localhost — they count as part of the same site.
