Downloading and installing your purchase

Downloading

1. Log in to your OrderGate account.
2. In your customer dashboard you will find a download option next to your purchased product — it becomes active as soon as the payment is confirmed.
3. Download the product file (usually a .zip archive).

Installing in WordPress

1. Open your WordPress admin panel.
2. For a theme, go to Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload; for a plugin, Plugins → Add New → Upload — and upload the .zip file you downloaded.
3. Activate it once the installation finishes.
4. If the product asks for a licence key, enter the key from your dashboard — see the article "How to activate your licence".

If something goes wrong

If a download fails or a file looks damaged, download it again from your dashboard. If that does not fix it, open a support ticket and we will help.
